Greenville NJROTC take 2nd at Northmont

Congratulations to Greenville's NJROTC students for placing 2nd overall in the Northmont Drill meet on Saturday. The group competed against 12 other schools from as far north as Chicago and as far south as Wheeling, West Virginia. Scoring second place finishes were the Armed Drill Team commanded by Cody Boyd, Unarmed Drill Team commanded by Chelsea Buzard, Academic Team commanded by Jeff Jones, Physical Fitness Team commanded by Chris Fenstermaker, and the Marksmanship Team commanded Joey Adams. The Color Guard scored a fourth place finish and was commanded by Jessica Bowers and the Personnel Inspection Team commanded by Chelsea Buzard placed 5th. The NJROTC earned a total of six trophies in their first drill competition of the season.
