Congratulations to the Greenville High School Orchestra students for earning a Superior Rating at the State OMEA Contest. They have put in many hours of practice to achieve this rating. Mr. J.R Price is the instructor.

5 Swimmers Advance to the District Meet

The Greenville High School Boys swim team went to the sectional meet last Friday and 5 boys qualified for the districts. Jake Price, Aaron Lecount,Brandon Myers, Landon Bruner and Jacob Clark will compete this Friday February 19th at the district meet. Good Luck. Go Wave!!

High Five Business Winner of the Week

The High Five for Wave Pride campaign is excited to announce another High Five Business Winner for Wave Wednesday. Marliyn Duvall of the Front Street Inn is a proud Wave supporter. She was spotted by Greenville City Schools Superintendent, Susie Riegle and Scott Ward of WTGR proudly displaying their Wave Pride sign. The Front Street Inn will receive a pizza party donated by MARCO'S pizza as a thank you for their support of Greenville City Schools.

CT Students Earn Honors

28 of our Greenville High School students from business career-technical programs were recognized Thursday by Business Professionals of America for their exemplary performance in a regional competitive event. Of this group, 13 placed either 1st or 2nd in their contest area making them eligible for Business Professionals of America STATE competition! Congratulations to these students and their families, and to all of the GHS teachers who have supported and developed the talents and skills of these students.
